A competitive swimmer since the age of six, Lee Zohlman quickly learned the value of hard work & that paying attention to the details will lead to success. At the age of 24 Lee immersed himself into the endurance sports world & quickly found success. Whether bike racing, rock climbing or competing in Ironman triathlons he has always known that with a strategic plan, attention to detail & follow through the marginal gains will yield success. Lee has taken these core principles & used them to attain massive success.
As founder and Lead Coach of BodyZen, Lee elevated himself to the top of the triathlon coaching profession by being one of the very few Elite Level Three certified coaches in the world. Lee has coached & advised some of the world’s top Olympians & Ironman champions.
After reaching success with BodyZen, Lee founded & became Chief Thinker of Universal Multisport. Lee has successfully represented many professional athletes & sporting events around the world. Lee has also developed millions of dollars of new business for well-known marketing agencies and developed a valuable and robust rolodex of contacts around the world. He has negotiated multiyear sponsorship contracts with some of the biggest brands in the world including Pepsi, Gatorade, Samsung & New York Life Insurance.
Lee is a member of Professional Resource Network, Miami Finance Forum and also is a part time TV broadcaster with BeIn Sports Network.
Lee is past Chairperson and Board Member for the USA Triathlon Age Group Comm. and USAT Fl. region.
He still cycles, hikes and spends as much time as he can with his wife Daniela and daughter Kaia Blu, teaching her that creating a detailed plan and following through will always lead to success.
