MEET LEE ZOHLMAN

FOUNDER AND CHIEF THINKER

I consult and advise companies and organizations around the world focusing on business development, capital raising, strategic partnerships and marketing. My passion is to help create strategic partnerships between companies and sports properties with an emphasis on IndyCar and Formula 1 that drive revenue growth. I have successfully negotiated and activated multiyear contracts with some of the biggest brands in the world including Coke, Pepsi, Gatorade, Audi, Samsung, SAP, the NFL and MorganStanley. I combine extensive sports marketing, sponsorship data intelligence and client management experience to build relationships that deliver a maximum ROI/ROO, increase lead generation, improve brand awareness, and create storytelling moments. I’ve developed a vast global network of investors and influential decision makers, with a primary focus on developing and maintaining relationships to increase collaboration, add value and drive growth.

-Procured seven-figure IndyCar sponsorship deal with Advance Auto Parts, monitoring and exceeding all KPIs
-Procured, negotiated, closed and activated sponsorships from Samsung and PepsiCo  
-Represented multiple Formula 1 and IndyCar teams and drivers
-Led diverse marketing, sales, and customer service teams for optimal performance, driving a culture of collaboration and high-performance.

I was an endurance athlete with a love for triathlons, mountain climbing, and cycling. I’ve coached and mentored some of the world’s top Olympians and Ironman champions. Through my background in endurance sports I’ve developed the core principles of discipline, strategic planning, and follow-through. I recognize the value of hard work and intense dedication, and believe that paying attention to the marginal details will lead to incredible success. But most importantly, I'm a devoted father to my incredible daughter, Kaia Blu.
